A market valuation gives a professional opinion of the value of an asset at a specific date in relation to the current market. The valuer will take into consideration property attributes such as construction, size, specification and location along with market trends to form an opinion of value. We provide a market valuation of the property in the form of a professional report, which will be provided by an experienced Chartered or Associate Surveyor (MRICS or AssocRICS), who will be on the RICS Valuation Registration Scheme (VRS). The report will be produced in compliance with the current edition of the RICS Red Book guidelines.
