Building Survey - RICS Home Survey Level 3

The Building Survey – RICS Home Survey Level 3 includes:

• A detailed inspection of the building, its services and the grounds and is more extensive than a survey level 2
• Concealed areas normally opened or used by the occupiers are inspected if it is safe to do so
• Services are observed in normal operation
• The report provides details of type of construction, materials used, the condition of the property, highlights defects/problems identified, proposes the most probable cause(s) of the defects, recommends any appropriate remedial work and an indication of likely costs
• This service does not include a market valuation. A valuation can be added as a standalone report. Please see our Valuation page
